All treatments are available from
10:00 am to 9:00 pm daily.
Pre-arrival Information
Please arrive at THE RETREAT
Reception Desk @ L1 at least 10 minutes prior to your
scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will subject to a time
reduction from the scheduled treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to change or cancel
a treatment appointment, eight hours notice is required to
allow us to reschedule your appointment, subject to space
availability.
Should you need to change or cancel
a treatment programme, a 24- hour cancellation notice is
required to allow us to reschedule your appointment, subject
to space availability.
Any cancellation less than eight
hours in advance of a treatment or 24 hours in advance of a
treatment programme will incur a 100% charge of total
services.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for
purchase.
Deluxe Spa
Suites
For an additional supplement,
selected treatments may be conducted in Deluxe Spa
Suites. This supplement allows you to remain and enjoy the
facilities with breathtaking seaviews in these
suites after your treatment has
concluded. More details are available from THE RETREAT
Reservations.
Products Used at
THE RETREAT
French brand Phytomer and Italian brand Comfort Zone are
selectively used at THE RETREAT. Selections of products
used at THE RETREAT are available for purchase.
